Activities in winter
With champions such as ice hockey icon Peter Forsberg or queen of the ski Anja Parson, Sweden is a nation known for winter sports. But the pleasures of winter do not stop there - the ice and snow offer more extreme activities that bring more and more thrills fans to face the cold Swedish.

Initially the Centre:
Cross country skiing, a trail of 3 km outside the village, fully illuminated for periods of polar night. Start the Ski Centre.
The equipment: ski, boots and poles provided.
Snowshoe hike, starting from the Centre, courses for beginners to experienced and the most persistent. 3, 7, 14 km We can arrange on request discovery days in the white snow, making your own tracks in the forest, a supply for your meal in the wilderness is in place.
A hot homemade soup, salmon kebabs cooked on the fire served in a Lappish cake, dessert and coffee or tea will be served.
The equipment: snowshoes, poles, provided.

Ice Skating: At any time of day, indefinitely. Material: ice skates provided.

The arrival of winter is always a highly anticipated moment for the Swedes. When the thermometer drops, the handing out of equipment is waxing skis and skates are sharpened. But the range of winter activities is not limited to hiking to skiing and skating in eight. Kitewing sports like hiking and skating are gaining ground on the numerous lakes of Sweden, while the climbers are more and more people discover the thrill of climbing frozen waterfalls. Skidoo: A KALIX 20 minutes from the center.
The event takes place over two hours. Lunch will be taken to the Centre or in town (own expense) at your convenience. Dog Sled: A one hour drive from the Centre. The event takes place over one day. Lunch (included in the activity) will be taken on-site visit to a farm drive and ride sleigh pulled by reindeer:
An hour and a half drive from the Centre. The event takes place over one day. Lunch (included in activity) typical Lapp will be taken on site. Before returning to the center, side trip to the Arctic Circle. After the end of each activity, you will enjoy the benefits of sauna (the Centre).
